Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KoreLens, an AI-readiness auditing service operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or running an audit you agree to them. Contact us via the contact form or hello@korelens.com.

1. What KoreLens does — and does not — promise

KoreLens checks whether AI search engines, AI shopping systems, and AI agents can read, understand, and act on your business and product data. It reports what its checks actually found, generates recommended fixes, and measures what changed after you apply them. KoreLens reports readiness, not outcomes: we do not promise, and you should not expect us to promise, that any AI system will cite, recommend, rank, list, or sell your business or products. Listing on AI shopping surfaces requires approval from those platforms, which we cannot grant, predict, or influence. Scores and readiness stages describe the state of your data at the time of a check.

2. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may only audit websites you own, manage, or are authorised to assess on a client’s behalf; audits fetch publicly available pages only. You must not use KoreLens to attack, overload, or scrape websites, to circumvent rate limits, to resell raw audit access without an agreed plan, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, with notice where practical.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

The free tier includes a limited audit with no account history. Paid plans (currently Growth and Enterprise) are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, each starting with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your saved history remains readable on the free tier. Prices are shown at checkout; if we change pricing, existing subscriptions are notified before any change applies to them.

4. Your data and generated output

You own the business data you provide and the fix packs, schema, feeds, and reports KoreLens generates for your businesses or clients — use them freely on your own or your clients’ sites. Generated fixes are recommendations built from your data and our checks: review them before publishing, because you remain responsible for what your website claims. KoreLens retains ownership of the service, its software, and its scoring methodology. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep KoreLens available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. External platforms (search engines, AI providers, commerce platforms) change without notice, and a check that passed yesterday may fail tomorrow because the world moved. We may add, change, or retire features; if we retire something material to your paid plan, we will tell you before your next renewal.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity — including decisions made in reliance on audit scores or AI-generated summaries.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and emailed to account holders before they take effect.
